I enjoy getting to know my patients and building meaningful relationships with them. I understand that each person is unique and comes from different cultural backgrounds, which is why I strive to listen actively and empower them to become advocates for their own health and well-being goals.
I am committed to providing compassionate and personalized care, based on patient education and evidence-based medicine. I am passionate about preventive medicine and accompanying my patients in the management of both acute and chronic conditions, as well as their mental health.
I find joy in almost any outdoor activity, such as hiking, running, and exploring nature with our pets. I also enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I strive to live with mindfulness and intention, creating routines that strengthen me and rituals that allow me to relax.
